The Art of Intentional Craftsmanship.
Behind every delicate knife-edge band and bezel cup lies countless hours of patient benchwork. Here is how our jewelers transform noble elements into enduring heirlooms.
Set Under 40x Magnification.
The human eye alone cannot verify whether a 0.8mm diamond prong has achieved seamless seating. By working under laboratory-grade stereo microscopes, our stone setters achieve microscopic symmetry, ensuring stones remain securely held through decades of wear.
We stand firmly behind our setting architecture with complimentary annual inspection and prong tightening.
From Crucible to Creation
Architectural Proportion & CAD Sculpting
Each setting begins with millimeter-precise digital modeling to calculate exact structural weight balance, gallery height, and maximum light refraction through the central stone.
Lost-Wax Precision Vacuum Casting
Precious SCS-certified recycled gold or dense platinum is poured under high-vacuum induction crucibles, ensuring porosity-free molecular density and lifetime structural integrity.
Hand-Filing & Ergonomic Comfort Shaping
Master goldsmiths file and soften the interior band edges to create our signature comfort-fit curvature that glides effortlessly over the knuckle for all-day comfort.
Microscope-Assisted Stone Setting
Prongs and channels are carved and burnished under 40x optical magnification. Each micro-pavé diamond is secured by hand with uniform bead prongs that never snag.
Three-Stage Mirror Polishing & Sonic Inspection
Progressive dialux compounds bring the noble metal to a mirror reflection. The completed piece undergoes ultrasonic bath cleansing and optical tension testing.
