By accessing Jewellic.com or purchasing our jewelry creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Custom Personalization & Bespoke Orders

Creations featuring custom laser engraving, unique sizing, or bespoke gem sourcing are handcrafted specifically to the purchaser's specifications. Once fabrication has commenced, personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a cash refund, but are fully protected by our 60-day complimentary resizing and lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors or adjust prices in response to significant market volatility in precious metal spot prices prior to order confirmation.

4. Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Jewellic stands behind the structural integrity of our jewelry. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, loose prong tightening, and annual cleaning. Normal wear and tear, trauma, damage caused by unauthorized third-party jewelers, or chemical degradation are excluded.
