Complimentary Insured Delivery Across India:All orders over ₹10,000 qualify for complimentary insured courier transit across India via specialized secured logistics partners (Sequel Logistics, BVC Express, and BlueDart). Transit is 100% insured against loss or damage.
Discreet Packaging & Secure Verification:Packages arrive in tamper-evident, plain cartons without exterior brand logos or jewelry descriptions. Direct signature or OTP verification is required upon receipt.
Fabrication Timelines:
- In-Stock / Ready-to-Wear: Dispatched in 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-Order Engagement Rings: Dispatched in 7–10 business days following metal casting and setting.

Eligibility Window:You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date for a full refund to your original payment method.
Condition of Returned Jewelry:Pieces must be unworn, unmodified, free of scratches or signs of wear, and returned in original presentation packaging with gemological certificates attached.
Custom Engraved Pieces:Because custom engraved pieces are personalized to individual specifications, they are final sale for refunds, but are fully protected by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty and 60-day complimentary resizing program.
